A multinational construction company with over 75 years of tradition and present in over 64 countries had already reached high numbers and a strong market position. However, it had the interest to introduce a new construction methodology into the Brazilian housing market with a popular relevance in the “industry’s boom” in 2011.

• Develop the entire management system (PBQP-H).
